Call of Duty: Mobile Is Now Live on iOS and Android

Call of Duty: Mobile is officially out on iOS and Android devices. However, some players are experiencing issues connecting to Call of Duty: Mobile servers.

Activision has been beta testing Call of Duty: Mobile since July 2019, but today marks the game's wide release. Call of Duty: Mobile was developed by TiMi Games.

Call of Duty: Mobile is like a greatest hits of Call of Duty games. There are maps and weapons from across the Call of Duty franchise, including Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, Modern Warfare 2, Black Ops, Modern Warfare 3, and Black Ops 2.

Borderlands 3 Five-Week Event Celebrates Franchise's 10-Year Anniversary

The Borderlands series is celebrating its 10th anniversary today, and Gearbox is rolling out five weeks of celebratory events in Borderlands 3 to commemorate the occasion. The first week's event is live right now.

The first Borderlands game was released on October 20, 2009. Since then there have been three mainline games, a Pre-Sequel, and a Telltale spinoff all set in the Borderlands universe. Borderlands 3 is the newest game in the series and has already broken franchise sales records. To celebrate 10 years, Gearbox announced five weeks of special events, each lasting one week.

Kerbal Space Program 2: The Science Secrets of the Reveal Trailer

The long-awaited sequel to Kerbal Space Program was the surprise announcement at Gamescom 2019! If you don't know what Kerbal Space Program is, well… it's part astrophysics simulator, part aerospace engineering crash course – with a heavy emphasis on the crash – and part trial-and-error rocket science that all boils down to you trying to build a space vessel that can shuttle these lil' green cuties called Kerbals into space before bringing them home safely.

Now that Kerbal Space Program 2 has crested over the proverbial horizon, creative director at Star Theory, Nate Simpson, shared with us some of the secrets, hints, and teases baked into this cinematic announcement trailer, to give you a better idea of what to expect in the sequel. Arnie's Terminator Storms Into Mortal Kombat 11 This Month

The first look at Terminator's T-800 gameplay for Mortal Kombat 11 has been revealed in a new trailer.

The official gameplay trailer reveals many of the T-800's moves, which include the classic pump-action shotgun from Terminator 2, as well as an inventive use of the time-travel bubble for his finishing move.

Nice little touches include seeing the robot assassin's metal 'bones' during x-ray sequences, and the T-800's Arnie-shaped exterior melting away to reveal the robot skeleton beneath when set on fire by Scorpion.

Developer NetherRealm state that the Terminator T-800 will be available in Early Access on October 8 as part of the Kombat Pack, which also includes Shang Tsung, Nightwolf, Sindel, Spawn, and Joker as playable characters.

Mario and Sonic at the Tokyo Olympics Preview: Good Old-School Fun

I wasn't sure what to expect when I sat down to play Mario and Sonic at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, but whatever those expectations were, this fun-spirited, doesn't-take-itself-too-seriously collection of mini-games exceeded them. And it's out soon – November 5.

Mario and Sonic is chock-full of Olympic-themed events, from the swimming high-dive to the 100-meter dash to judo and, of course, track and field. Some of them are even retro-themed so that they look like 8-bit NES sports games. One such event, for instance, was the aforementioned high dive. You have to do a series of button sequences, timed well, in order to land a great dive and a subsequent high score. A more modern attempt at that might involve thumbsticks and motion controls, but the refreshingly retro approach just makes it simple, goofy, button-based fun (case in point: check out the video below of Bowser twirling off the diving board). To be clear, however, there are plenty of events with modern visuals and more modern control methods; as an NES kid, though, I couldn't help but be won over by the 8-bit stuff. 'Brutal' Mod Combines Doom with Minecraft

Modder DooMFOREVER7z has combined Minecraft's peaceful aesthetic with Doom's hardcore combat in a "Brutal Minecraft" total conversion mod for Doom 2.

In the most unlikely combination since fries and ice cream, players can kill Minecraft zombies and monsters using 25 weapons - including everything from pistols to rifles - in Doom's traditionally graphic, blood splattery ways.

As reported by dsogaming.com, the mod - now in beta version 2.0 - consists of nine maps in total, ranging from House, Cave, and Crypt, to Mansion, Hell Dungeon, and Bridge of Souls. Each location uses sprites and textures to capture Minecraft's blocky aesthetic and layers it over Doom 2's gameplay.
