ConcernedApe has announced that its popular PC farming sim Stardew Valley is headed to consoles later this year.
In a post on the game's official site, the studio confirmed that it's working with Chucklefish and Sickhead Games to bring Stardew Valley to Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Wii U this holiday season.
The developer is aiming to deliver console versions that offer "intuitive and effortless" controller support, noting that "the current, rudimentary controller support in the PC version is far from ideal, and it will need to be adjusted prior to the launch." Special features for the Wii U GamePad are being looked into as well.
