Altered Beast and Streets of Rage, two classic SEGA game franchises, are getting TV and film adaptations.
Variety reports that Stories International and Fear the Walking Dead production company Circle of Confusion are working together on the two SEGA properties.
"These are some of the most well-loved SEGA games, and we are thrilled to be working with Stories to adapt them into major film and television franchises," said Circle of Confusion partner Lawrence Mattis.
Stories is also developing movies and TV shows based off Shinobi, Golden Axe and The House of the Dead. Back in 2014, SEGA unveiled plans to expand into filmmaking.
