Gaming system launches typically have a fair share of problems (see Xbox One's disk drive malfunction and PlayStation 4's blue blinking light), and Nintendo of America's president and chief operating officer, Reggie Fils-Aimé, addressed two of the seemingly common issues for the Nintendo Switch: screen scratches from the dock and the Joy-Con desyncing issue.
Some users reported that docking the Switch eventually results in hairline scratches along the corners of the screen. Speaking to TIME, Fils-Aimé said Nintendo Switch tour members hadn't seen Nintendo Switch units get scratches from docking the system.
