DropMix, a music mixing game where players collect playing cards to create unique song mixes, is being developed through a partnership between Hasbro and Harmonix.
The DropMix Music Gaming System will be available at major retailers and online in September 2017 and will cost $100. The system will include an electronic DropMix board and 60 DropMix cards, which will feature hit songs like "Take Over Control" by Afrojack (ft. Eva Simons), "24K Magic" by Bruno Mars, "Closer" by The Chainsmokers (ft. Halsey), "Sing" by Ed Sheeran, and more.
Players will place a DropMix card on one of five Mix Slots and the DropMix board will start playing the corresponding part of the song noted on the card, either bass, beat, loop, or vocals. The DropMix app, which will be free to download for Apple and Android devices, will then create a unique mix based on the cards you use.
