An outpouring of Fortnite players are calling a local board game shop in Ohio for their Fortnite problems and concerns.
Hunter Davies is the assistant manager of Epic Loot Games, a local board game shop that shares a similar name to Fortnite developer Epic Games. Speaking to Kotaku, Davies explained that ever since Fortnite's popularity skyrocketed, the shop has consistently received calls from fans expressing their problems with purchasing skins, server complaints, and even personal problems.
"There are so many calls—pranks, angry gamers, kids who don't understand why the support doesn't have a readily available method of contact," Davies told Kotaku. "We started telling them to use the website because they can't actually talk to anyone on the phone."
