The Battletoads are back after their surprise reveal last year, and we've seen gameplay for the first time.
At the Microsoft Xbox E3 2019 press conference, Microsoft revealed the new game in the series, its cartoon art style, and its frantic beat 'em up action. Some sections will also feature 3D backdrops.
Battletoads debuted at the E3 2018 Xbox press conference, with a promised release of 2019, as well as "body-morphing genre mashups, three-player couch co-op, and 4K hand-drawn 2.5D graphics."
