The much-rumoured Switch port of The Witcher 3 is real, and it's coming this year.
The Witcher 3: Complete Edition appears to be running entirely on the Switch hardware, rather than the cloud-based solutions we've seen for other demanding games. As such, it's suffered a fairly heavy visual downgrade, but looks to run well in gameplay shown.
The Complete Edition comes with both expansions released after the original game's launch, as well as 16 DLC packs.
We awarded the original Witcher 3 a 9.3 review, calling it a "wild, open, exhilarating fantasy roleplaying experience, rife with opportunities to make use of its excellent combat."
