There is a vulnerability in Mortal Kombat 11 that's allowing players to fall victim to distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks. And malicious players are taking advantage of this vulnerability to climb the Kombat League leaderboards.
Mortal Kombat 11 competitive mode players have been complaining about a player in the ranked mode who's been playing under various usernames and sending DDoS attacks to opponents.
Using names like pa3com, pa4com, and Son-Goku-DZ, this player uses DDoS attacks to force opponents in competitive mode to disconnect from the internet. This player has used these attacks to climb all the way to the Elder God top rank of Mortal Kombat 11's competitive mode.
