An open beta for Nioh 2 is coming this fall, starting on November 1 to November 10. The open beta will be made available on the PlayStation Store.

Nioh 2 was announced at Sony's 2018 E3 press conference, and instead of original protagonist Irish sailor William, Nioh 2 will allow players to create their own character that's half human and half yokai (read: demon). Some Nioh fans got the chance to play a closed alpha earlier this year, but this is the first time the game has been made available to a mass audience.
