Concerns have been raised that a wearable helmet included with special copies of Fallout 76 is a breeding ground for mold bacteria, resulting in the recall of over 20,000 units.
As reported by DualShockers, the collectable model of Fallout's T-51B helmet that came packaged with the $200 Power Armor edition is being recalled by The United States Consumer Product Safety Commission. It warns the polyester and cotton fabric inserts inside the helmet provide a safe haven for bacteria to grow.
The recall listing reads, "Mold can be present on the fabric insert inside the helmet, posing a risk of respiratory or other infections in individuals with compromised immune systems, damaged lungs or an allergy to mold."
