Niantic Labs, the developer behind Pokemon Go, may be exploring an additional way to monetize its massively successful app: sponsored PokeStops.
As reported by Gizmodo, multiple Reddit users have spotted the McDonald's logo within the game's code. In the image below, "MCDONALDS" can be seen following "Sponsor" and preceding "POKEMON_STORE."
